I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and introduce myself. My name is Dustin Purdy and I am in the process of training to be a high school mathematics teacher. Education has always been an important aspect in my life, and I value the impact it has had toward making me the person I am today.

This portfolio is a reflection of not only who I am as a person, but how I will represent my self as an educational leader. I am a firm believer in a quality education, and the material represented in this portfolio will shed some light into my views of education from an instructional and societal standpoint

This portfolio is a representation of why I want to become a teacher? Not only does it act as a gateway into my pursuit to share the wonders of education with others, but it serves as a continual, life-long representation of my career.
